Business customers only (§ 14 German Civil Code): freelancers, companies and associations. All prices are final prices in euros; as a small business under § 19 UStG we charge no VAT.

2–3 connected workflows. Delivery 15 working days. Built from a requirements paper, ideally after “Clarify the idea”.

Clarify the idea and build a small tool together; €245 of the clarification is already credited.

RequestCare and questions – yearly
Like Basic, plus up to 20 minutes of changes or questions per month. 12 months, invoice at the start.
RequestCare Basic – 6 / 12 months
Monthly automatic function check with test record. Prepaid terms are available on request; online you can start monthly below.
RequestCare Plus – 6 / 12 months
Like Basic, plus up to 60 minutes of changes per month and a quarterly report. Prepaid terms on request.
RequestPackages above €250 are requested from us: you receive an offer and invoice by email and pay after acceptance by bank transfer (QR code on the invoice). Larger packages can be split into instalments of at most €249 each, each with its own invoice, as stated in the offer. Fixed-price promise: not one euro more than agreed; extra work only with your prior consent. Our contact form is in German, but you are welcome to write to us in English.
