Who is Codunaro for?
Self-employed people, freelancers and small companies. Codunaro works only for businesses (§ 14 German Civil Code), not for private individuals.
What does a project cost?
Every building block has a fixed price: clarify the idea €490, click prototype €790, small tool from €790, care from €19 per month (cancellable monthly). All packages are on the pricing page.
Do I need to know how to program?
No. Everyday language is enough: who uses the tool, which problem does it solve, and what should be easier afterwards?
What do I get as a result?
Depending on the building block: a written requirements paper, a click prototype to try out, or a finished small tool with source code, test record and short guide. What exactly you get is stated in the written offer beforehand.
What happens after payment?
You automatically receive an invoice by email. Then we contact you by email and agree a date. For “Clarify the idea” you get a 90-minute conversation and, 3 working days later, your written requirements paper.
Can I ask before I pay?
Yes. The 15-minute intro call is free and non-binding, or you can write us an enquiry. A contract only arises when you accept our written offer or pay online.
What if my project needs more than the package?
Then the fixed price for it is stated in the offer beforehand. Extra work is only charged if you agreed to it first. If a ready-made program is cheaper for you, we will tell you honestly.
How does care work and how do I cancel?
Care Basic costs €19 per month, “Care and questions” €49 and Care Plus €99. Each plan is cancellable monthly; an email is enough.
Is the scope selection on the website already an order?
No. The selection “What must the first version really do?” is a free thinking aid and does not create software. An order only arises when you accept our written offer.
What is included in the price and what is not?
Included: the complete source code, automatic tests with a test record and a short guide. Not included: a promise of business success, access to your systems without your approval, operation on our servers, apps for the App Store or Google Play, legal and tax advice. External costs such as hosting or licences are stated separately in the offer if needed.
How long does it take?
Requirements paper 3 working days after the conversation, click prototype 7 working days, small tool 5 to 10 working days, tool M 15 working days. The time starts once the scope is agreed in writing and all documents are here.
Who owns the software and where does it run?
You receive the complete source code. After full payment you may use the tool in your business permanently and change it or have it changed; the offer states the exact scope of the usage rights. The tool runs with you (in the browser, on your computer or your web space), without a mandatory subscription to a platform provider.
What about privacy?
The website works without trackers and advertising. We do not process your customers' data; the tool runs with you. A privacy review of your tool is not legal advice and not part of the offer.
